Consumers or guests booking any trip promoted by a NoFlyGetAways™ user do so entirely at their own risk. 6. Bus Company & Vendor Recommendations

9. Subscription & Payment Terms

Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. NoFlyGetAways™ does not store your payment information.

10. Intellectual Property

The NoFlyGetAways™ platform, including its design, features, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of NoFlyGetAways™. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission. Content you create using our tools (trip plans, marketing copy, etc.) remains your property.
